Integrated Change Programme

Change that sticks. In all three places it has to.

Many change projects fail not because the plan was wrong. They fail because only one layer of the business changed.

Many businesses that go through a change – a restructuring, a system rollout, a leadership transition – come out the other side with results that don’t match the effort. Not because the consultants were bad. Not because the team was unwilling.

Because process, technology, and people were handled separately. By different people. On different timelines. Without a single thread connecting them.

That’s the problem we built this programme to solve.

One programme. Three pillars. One outcome.

The Integrated Change Programme brings together three disciplines that are usually delivered in isolation — and combines them into a single, coordinated engagement.

Pillar 1 — Process
We map how work actually flows through your business. Not how the org chart says it flows. We identify where time is lost, where decisions stall, where hand-offs break down. Then we design the changes — and help you implement them.

Pillar 2 — IT infrastructure
We assess what your current systems can and can’t do, identify the gaps, and help you select and deploy the right tools. We coordinate the technical implementation — without you having to manage three vendors and a project board simultaneously.

Pillar 3 — People & change
We work with your team through the transition. Not with a training manual — with a structured approach to understanding resistance, building buy-in, and making sure the new way of working actually takes hold. This includes one-on-one work, team dynamics, and communication design.

Four phases. One continuous thread.

Diagnosis
We start by understanding where you are. A structured audit across all three pillars, how your processes work and how mature they are, what your systems can handle, how your people are positioned for change. Output: a working document with a clear picture of where the business stands and where to start.

Plan
Based on the diagnosis, we design the change roadmap. Priorities, sequencing, resource requirements. What to tackle first and why. This is not a slide deck, it’s a plan of action.

Implementation
We lead the implementation alongside your team. Process redesign, system deployment, people work — in parallel, with a single point of coordination. Duration depends on scope; typically 2–6 months.

Monitoring
We stay engaged for a minimum of six months after implementation. Not to check boxes, to make sure the change holds, course-correct where needed, and hand back a business that works without us.

You don’t have to take all three.

The programme is modular. If you have a strong IT team and don’t need the technology pillar, we work with the other two. If you’ve already done the process work and are struggling with adoption, we focus on people and systems. If you’re starting from scratch, we do all three.

The starting point is always the same: a paid diagnostic. From there, you decide the scope.

This is likely familiar to you if you’re considering the program:

  • You’re running a significant change — system rollout, reorganisation, leadership transition
  • You’ve tried to change things before and the results didn’t hold
  • You need someone to lead the change, not just advise on it
  • You want a single partner who coordinates across all dimensions of the change

And it’s worth thinking about whether the program is the right fit for you right now if:

  • You’re looking for a report or a recommendation (we deliver those as part of a larger engagement, not as the end product)
  • You need a one-week intervention
  • The owner or leadership team is not willing to be part of the process

We don’t write recommendations and leave. We are in the building, at the production floor, in the meetings, talking to the people who have to live with the changes.

This programme works because all three pillars are coordinated by one team. There’s no gap between what the process consultant designed, what the IT team built, and what the change manager tried to land. We see the whole picture, at the same time.

That’s not common. Most businesses find it out the hard way.

Start with the diagnostic.

A 30-minute call to understand your situation. If the diagnostic makes sense, we scope it together. No pitch. No proposal before we’ve spoken.
